Time Warner Cable, Comcast and Lexco Cable all offer cable TV services in Chicago. You can compare their prices and contracts by contacting them. I have included the contact info for all three: Time Warner Cable 312-644-8800, Comcast 312-527-0464 and Lexco 773-588-8890.

It really depends on the area you live in, and what companies are able to offer their internet services there. For example in my area, there are two competing companies: Comcast and AT&T. But Verizon and Time Warner are also good companies. All four of them offer cheap specials if you ask and bargain, or search for the deals online.
Time Warner is about $50.00 a month in Dallas. If you need phone, internet and cable then you can get a better rate if you get all three from Time Warner.
