Opposite colors on the color wheel. Such as red is opposite of green...meaning they are complementary. Blue and Orange. Yellow and Purple. And the all the colors in between like blue-green is completmentary to red-orange
Ultra-marine blue is complementary to yellow. This is according to the CMY color wheel which follows the colors of the light. Scientists and artists who understand the concept of colors as found in nature all agree that the primary colors should be cyan (brightest blue ever like the sky), magenta (pink with very small blue that make the pink slightly purplish), and yellow (the brightest yellow ever). With these three colors, you can literrally make all the colors found in nature and on yourself. Also, when you put into the color wheel system, the true complementary colors of the CMY wheel actually look better together than on the regular blue-red-yellow color wheel. Google "true color wheel".
all complementary colors are directly across from each other. Example: Purple---- Yellow or Blue--- Orange
There can be any number of colors in an analogous color scheme. The only requirement is that the colors be from the same area of the color wheel. If there are more than 3 or 4 colors, then the colors will be much closer together, and you would need a more detailed color wheel to see them all.
Let's start with what colors have complements red and green blue and orange yellow and purple one of the colors in the pairs is a primary (where no colors can be mixed to make that color) and the other color is a secondary that cannot be made by two other primary colors that are not of its complement (green is made of blue and yellow while it's complement is red) if you mix any two complementary colors, it will make brown. However, since brown is made of a primary (red, blue, or yellow) and a secondary (green, orange, or purple) color it doesn't have a complement because it isn't a primary nor a secondary color. Black is made of equal parts of all three primary colors while white is no color. I don't think they are considered complementary colors, but the fact that brown has no complement, they answer to the question would be no. Not every color has a complement.

Normally , The Color Schemes Are: Monochromatic , Analogized , Complementary , Warm & Cool . Monochromatic Means One Color & All It's Tints & Shades . Analogized Means 3-5 Colors Adjacent On The Color Wheel . Complementary Means Colors Opposite From Each Other On The Color Wheel . Warm Colors Are The Colors Of The Sun , Which Include Reds , Oranges & Yellows . Cool Colors Are Colors Of The Snow , Which Include Blues , Purples & Greens . I Hope This Was Helpful . (: Jahh;

you get a blackish brown color because they are all primars
Scientifically, complementary colors are those that, when mixed, produce a neutral grey. Throughout the history of art, green was considered to be the complementary of red, but the reason for that was the technological limitations that made it impossible to create more colors at the time. We now know that the actual complementary of RED is CYAN. Complementaries: Red->Cyan Green->Magenta Blue->Yellow
no. complimentary colors are the opposite colors. each color has one complimentary color. ex. blues compliment is orange and vice versa. you know the compliment by looking at the opposite sides of a color wheel. secondary colors are all colors that are not white black red blue and yellow (yellow becomes green in light theory)
There are only those few colors on the color wheel because that's all that's needed. blue and all the other colors
A color wheel is also sometimes called a color circle. The colors are organized around the circle in a way to show the relationship between them. Primary colors include blue, yellow and red. Secondary colors are green, orange and violet. There are also colors referred to as tertiary colors and this includes red--orange, red--violet, yellow--orange, yellow--green, blue--violet and blue--green. The three primary colors are situated on the color wheel equally spaced out from one another. In between these primary colors on the color wheel are the colors that can be made by combining those two primary colors. For example, the primary color yellow is usually situated near the top of the color wheel. Between yellow and the next primary color, red, there will be the colors that would be found when yellow and red are combine. This would include orange-yellow, orange, orange-red. The color wheel not only shows the relationship between all of the colors but can also be used to choose colors for art or design based on how the colors complement each other on the color wheel.
A really ugly brown.
