The plett pan, which is used to make the small, traditional pancakes traditional to Swedish cooking, have been made by many manufacturers, and not all of them were (are) Swedish. Tracking down all of the folks turning the utensils out might be an exercise in foolishness. It would be wise to just get one of these cast iron monsters, and start experimenting with making those Swedish pletts rather than trying to figure out who all was involved in making the pans.
