Beginning with Egypt and traveling west, you could safely say that all the present day countries that border the Mediterranean on the continent of Africa were included in the Roman empire. To ask "what are the two traditional religious practices from Africa?" is an impossible question since the traditions in Africa, which is comprised of over 50 countries, are as varied within the continent as they are within the countries. One is better off asking about specific countries, rather than just bulking Africa all in into one!
