How do you collect honey in Gardening Mama?

You go to the main menu and then to your treasure chest where your special items are kept. When you open it up, you will see a gold engraved honeybee on the bottom. I'm not sure if you have to find all the special items first or not, can't remember. But anyway, click the honeybee to go to the gathering honey minigame. The honey is graded from grade A to F, and the more flowers you have currently in bloom, the better your grade will be.
