The media presented a war that could not be understood without fighting it. By trying to share what they did see, they themselves were shocked nevermind the American public. War is harsh, bloody and often times it is impossible to keep civilians from being injured or killed. ALSO - many of the civilians were willing to carry bombs into buildings, open markets, etc where American and Allied soldiers were. When soldiers have to defend themselvs against civilians, and they cannot have their side of the story told properly - it creates a very negative situation.
Civilians were used as labor in both wars. Mass production of arms and other military items were need in both WW1 and WW2. Civilians would work in factories and make the items the war needed while soldiers went off to fight.
The forces didn't aim to kill civilians during their bombing missions, they were trying to kill the enemy to make it easier for ground forces to take back the city or area. But civilians were still in the city and along with the enemy getting killed so did the civilians.
Well, Firemen went round, putting out fires from the bombs and helping the wardens chuck away the unexploded bombs. Also, they stopped V bombs from spreading any more fire so they had quite an important job.
well this is a question that can not be answered . of course it was a terrifying war to be in , but so was every other war . we will never know that answer because to find this out we would have to live through every single war . and most of the people from the 1st world war are now dead :( r.i.p
Boudicca was not terrifying to her own people. In fact, she was a hero to them. But she was terrifying to the Romans as she had no control over her so-called army and they rampaged and committed atrocities against the Romans.
The civilians are the colonists. im not sure so double check.

Cherry Bombs arn't really bombs so you dont use them.
Nuclear bombs are illegal since bombs could potentially be harmful to others and places, so no it is not legal.
It is true the bombings end the war and did collapse Japan's means to make war ever again but the fact is that there were so many civilians casualties that a controversy emerged and even today, people are talking about it.
Bombs have changed so much over 60 years. Atomic bombs are much more powerful than there WW2 counterparts. Smart bombs and tracking bombs are also a new powerful addition.
They were frightening because they looked like wild animals and let out terrifying screams.
Nuclear bombs are so powerful, and release so much radioactive fallout, that any large-scale use of nuclear bombs would kill everbody and make the world uninhabitable.
Many civilians were conquered people of whom the Aztec have conquered in battles. These civilians are usually obeying by fear of human sacrifice. Many civilians, also neighboring villages, hated or feared the Aztec. Some civilians though, like the nobles and warriors, truly believe in human sacrifice so they fight in battles to contribute to this religion.
You can't arm the bombs. So if you were looking for a cheat sorry but it does not exsist.
Yes civilians were killed. I have a feeling neither army could be bothered to identify them.
