so far as its clear for everyone, the oil sources are very limited and its decreasing day by day, from other hand oil industrials always having un-expected product or resdue at the end of product line, therefore blending is a good and proffitable way in order to be far away of those stuffs that you have no space to keep.
and good point, you are making expensive commodity from stuffs which were not in play before.
