∙ 13y agoBootable files would be considered as files that a computer can boot from. So when a computer starts it looks for a set of files which are instructions to tell the computer what to do in the boot process.
So when you computer starts in windows, it finds the hard drive and in with windows installed it will have a set of files which load into the memory to tell the computer how the computer with turn on... Most so surely will instruct the computer to the log in screen.
