Remove the fuel line from the carburetor using a 5/8 and a 1 inch wrench. With the 1 inch wrench remove the fitting from the carburetor. Install the new filter with the spring first.jd

If you remove the air cleaner from the top of the carburetor and look at the front of the carburetor you will see a big medal line going to the carb. You will need a 1 inch wrench and a 5/8 inch wrench to take the fuel line loose from the carb. The fuel filter is behind the 1 inch fitting that's screewed into the carb.
Most vacuum lines are 1/4 inch, some that go into the bottom of the carburetor are 1/2 inch. Hope this helps
