The choroplast, necleus, and vacuoles are all parts of the plant cell. They each have their different jobs. Chloroplasts is where photosynthesis takes place. Vacuoles are "pouches" that contain water so that the cell can last a certain amount of time without water. And the nucleus is the "Brain" of the cell. It contains the DNA.
