All of Pakistan's peoples have different values. Pashtuns have a strict honor code and inhabit the North West Frontier Province and Baluchistan in west and northwestern Pakistan.
Baluchs have a strict Islamic and ethnic honor code, as well.
You really need to study the cultures of each ethnic and religious group to grasp the full size and difference of the cultures within Pakistan.
