I've gotten these for many years and i finally went to the dermatologist about it. mine sound similar to the ones you have except i got them only on my legs and every winter only. its called excema (not sure if its spelled right) but it can get pretty bad so go to the doctors and i got a steroid cream and a pill to take (both expensive) but if you have insurance it should be covered. good luck:) i hope yours clear like mine
