You can't really lose weight without exercise or diet. Exercise and diet aren't so hard. You can do Weight Watchers unofficial, everything is online, keep track of your points and walk everyday at least for 30 minutes. You will see results.

too loss my fat i'm just running in my own home for 20-30 minutes and drink pure white water..push up and sit up 10 times in one single hours.eat healthy soup and cookies i made my self.

well feel my body gain more muscle and flat stomach without going out on gym.
