Iron oxide (ferric oxide) is the only red pigment I can think of.
There are also a whole range of synthetic red organic pigments. Toluidine Red is one such example
Two examples include Red Ochre, anhydrous Fe2O3, and the hydrated.
Some examples are carotenoids and phychobiliprotein. Chlorophyll is not an accessory pigment. Accessory pigments are pigments which work alongside Chlorophyll a in photosynthesis, such as carotene.
orange pigments
anthocyanin

chromoplasts have red and orange carotenoid pigments, that anthocyanins do not have.
Leaves get their colors because of the pigments present in them. Red leaves have pigments like anthocyanin.
antibiotics, pigments
Accessory pigments come in various colors. They can be green, red, brown, orange, and yellow depending on the class they are in. There are three classes of accessory pigments.
thylacoids contain photosynthetic pigments chlorophylla and β-carote. There are othe pigments (red- phycoenthrin, blue- phycocyan)
Primary pigments are the pigments that make up primary colors in a medium such as paint. The primary colors are red, yellow, and blue.
