he was a hero because he led the army to great success
Julius Caesar was both a hero and a tyrant, it all depended upon how you felt about him . To his soldiers he was a hero but to some of his fellow politicians he was a tyrant. Even today, there are those who consider him a hero and others who would call him a tyrant.Julius Caesar was both a hero and a tyrant, it all depended upon how you felt about him . Not really, all of the Imperial Roman characters are somewhat shady in their ambitions and are aimed against the Big C. I always liked the line: Yon Cassius has a lean and hungry look, he thinks too much, such men are dangerous! No it does not describe a Black Panther (with boxing gloves?) on the prowl. Cassius , Brutus and the other guys are essentially political gangsters like Macbeth and co. Caesar is a(Good Guy) but he is knocked-off fairly early in the play. Great Caesar"s Ghost!
Stop being lazy and find out for yourself
Vercingetorix was a Gaulish Chieftain who led several tribes in opposition to Julius Caesar's Conquest of Gaul. He had some success, but in the end was defeated by Caesar, taken to Rome and led in chains through Rome before execution. He is still a big hero to the French, inspiring a dozen or so comics and art magazines and at least 5 TV series and feature films. Pronounced; Ver cin jet' or icks Despite the French comics and magazines etc he was Celtic cheiftain and lived some 400 or so years before the germanic franks settled in Gaul to become the dominant culture for a thousand years.
he is an anti hero
How was Julius Caesar a tragic hero?
hero
He was an hero lol
as a hero
lets say both.
Julius Caesar was the hero of the people. The lower classes saw him as a man who stood up to a corrupted aristocracy and who was generous to the people.
because he defeated the gauls.
Julius Caesar was a hero because he helped people who needed help. He is also a villain because he killed many people. I think that Caesar was a great leader. He did not repress the people or slay his political enemies. He helped the people in many of his great He gave land to the poor in Rome
Brutus, because his reasons for killing Caesar were much more noble than Cassius's.
Brutus was Julius Caesar's friend.but, he accidentally betrayed him because he once received a letter from Cassius which was thought to be a citizen of Rome by Brutus , which was a plan to meet him and kill Julius Caesar because he was acting to much like a king.:(
i think that Marc Antony is the hero of the the play the tragedy of Julius Caesar because he revealed the unknown to the people concerning the assassination of Julius Caesar ,he made people know that the conspirators so called the honorable were those behind the honor killing of Julius Caesar and he made the people revenge the death of Julius Caesar and with the aid of his nephew octaviusfrom Brutus and Cassius after the escaped from the people. therefore Marc Antony is the hero of the play the tragedy of Julius Caesar.
they both have a tragic hero with a tragic flaw in JC: Brutus; whos tragic flaw is his naivity In TFA: Okonkwo; who tragic flaw is being like his father (being feminine)
