okay here is the thing...Philippines has a population density of 312.78 per square kilometer and categorized as dense country which have a density of above 200 per square kilometer but just look at South Korea, its density rate is 491 per square kilometer but it is a modern country,rich and absolutely almost no poverty,no water shortages,no famine and other that related to overpopulation...and the human development index is also very high, soo philippines also can be like that but just need some development and some economic boom it is all about managing the country ...don't blame the population,and do you know why philippines Birth Rate is high? easy... because the women had less education about contraception...and actualy the population is the one who contribute to economic growth.
