3. Unlike pen and paper you can easily undo any thing you don't like about it. Where as you would usually have to throw the page away or tip-ex out any mistakes, making your work look pretty messy.
4. The finished document can look very professional when completed and can be more appealing to the eye than a lot of scribbles on a page. (If your using pen and paper)
