Rainy River, Pigeon River, St Marys River, St Clair River, Detroit River, Niagara River, St Croix River and St John River all form part of the International Boundary between Canada and the US. (I think there might be a couple more.)
Lake Erie, Lake Ontario, Lake Michigan, Lake Superior, and Lake Heron. I don't really know how to spell Heron but I think that is how you spell it.
===============================================================================
Presumably the question was intended to refer to the five "Great Lakes." First, what we call Lake Michigan is not situated between the US and Canada.
There are, in fact, many more bodies of water through which the International Boundary between the US and Canada runs. A few of these are: Lake of the Woods, Rainy River, Rainy Lake, Pigeon River, St Marys River, St Clair River, Lake St Clair, Detroit River, Niagara River, St Lawrence River, St Croix River, and St John River.
There are also approximately 40 smaller lakes in the Quetico region, and about a dozen smaller lakes along the St Croix and St John Rivers.
From a hydrological perspective, however, Lakes Michigan and Huron (not "Heron") constitute just one large lake containing two large lobes. As such, there are really only four Great Lakes.
The great Lakes
The following are some of the rivers that are in both Canada and the US: Columbia River, Kootenay River, Milk River, Souris River, Red River, Richelieu River. They all cross the Canada/US border at least once, and a few of them do so twice.
lakes and rivers
The International Boundary between Canada and the US runs through four of the five Great Lakes: Superior, Huron, Erie and Ontario. The lakes themselves do not act as a border.
Michigan river =========== No part of the Canada-US border is called the "Michigan River." Rivers forming part of the Canada-US border include: Rainy River, Pigeon River, St Marys River, St Clair River, Detroit River, Niagara River, St Lawrence River, St John River, St Croix River.
the st.lawrence river forms part of the border between the u.s and canada. The rio grande borders between the u.s and mexico.
Depends on what part of the country, some rivers, some lakes, and other open land.
St Lawrence River (between New York and Ontario) and St Croix River (between Maine and New Bruinswick) both form part of the International Boundary between Canada and the US.
Both the St Lawrence and Niagara Rivers do
Lake Erie
Lake Erie is one of the five Great Lakes located on the border between the United States and Canada

In addition to four of the five Great Lakes, lakes between Canada and the US include Lake St Clair, Lake of the Woods, Rainy Lake, a few small lakes along the St Croix and St Francis Rivers, and about 40 smaller lakes in the Quetico area.
None of the five Great Lakes is entirely within Canada. Canada shares four of the five Great Lakes with the US. Lake Michigan is entirely within the US. Hydrologically, however, Lake Huron and Lake Michigan are one lake, which has two large lobes. As such, there are really only four Great Lakes, and all four are shared between Canada and the US.
The Missouri River and the Mississippi River are the two longest rivers that are completely within the US. The Yukon River is the longest river but originates in Canada.
The Phestigo, the Milwaukee, the Red River, The Mississippi and the Ohio.
