Answer 2:

If you are already thinking of fun things to do while lucid dreaming, I am guessing that you already know how to induce lucid dreams whether through practice or as a natural. Here is a list of some interesting and fun things to do while Lucid Dreaming.

- Remember to always look at the time before you try to lucid dream, set the alarm clock- unless you do not have arrangements for the next day. Go to sleep, then set an alarm clock while lucid dreaming and go to sleep again- see if it triggers a False Awakening (a dream within a dream). If you are able to induce false awakenings in your lucid dreams you are quite the Morphite (referencing Morpheus- god of dreams). If you really want to do this, make sure that you already have some basic understanding on what triggers your lucid dreams, then try to go a few days without nicotine and caffeine if you suffer from using such- if you do not use such substances, all the better. The nicotine is a neurotoxin and has a way to trigger spooky lucid dreams if you are a worry wort. The caffeine is a stimulant that might make it hard for you to control yourself while dreaming when there is a lot on your mind- or it can cause you to wake up before you need to (or desire to)... especially when you become aware that you are dreaming. There are of course other effects of the aforementioned substances, but they come with negative long term effects if one continues to use them, use them often, or both.

- Try meditating with good breath work (go at your own pace).

- Build a personal library.

- Leave your favorite songs, flicks, audiobooks playing in a loop on volume 1 (or the lowest volume) while you induce lucid dreams... do not try this every night, it might actually cause you to wake up in the middle of the night or wake up the next morning tired if you do it too often. See if you dream of being at a concert, in a book, on a set, etcetera... it feels like going on a vacation adventure for free. It works better on a quieted/still mind.

- Go to a star observatory, put a star chart on your smart phone, memorize your favorite constellations, while noting their relative bearings and changes.

- Try to astral project/travel.

- Go to space.

- Try to fly, but do not attempt to fly by taking leaps of faith off of high buildings. Instead try to levitate off of the ground first while seated or standing... if something or someone causes you to fall, or pursues you- psychoanalyze yourself.

- Try to read a book that you may or may not have heard of, while having never read it- open it up and see if you are able to read the contents... Are the words your own?

- If you ever attempt to astral travel, try to place a strong magnet somewhere in your house such as on a table and see if you notice any effect from gracing your hand over it... really, try it.

- If someone or something is trying to cease you, make sure you are doing the right thing every step of the way.

- Try to see if you are able to climb through mirrors without actually climbing through them.

- Try to turn into an elemental/ghost/spirit by focusing on leaving your physical body or dematerializing. Remove the doubt from your mind if you want to try this. It helps if you KNOW that you are not awake...

- Do not show and do not tell strangers where you live- even if you are only experiencing a dream... imagine the ability to dream as a sixth sense- even if it is not real to the exterior- it is an experience to the interior... sometimes the outside world bears characters we come across that we do not care to have installed within the interior world.

- Remember to look both ways before crossing the street, and all that other advice your mother and father gave to you when you were young.

- Try not to get too excited while having good lucid dreams- it might cause you to wake up prematurely, or false awakening.

- Engage with and understand the perimeters of waking reality, to get a better understanding of what you are seeing in your dreams.

- Think of the answers to interesting questions.

- Practice caution with who or what your approach and control over your expressions, actions, etc.

- If you believe in a higher power such as Jesus, Brahma, etcetera then try praying. Remember that when you are dreaming the Pineal Gland is secreting a very powerful molecule that shamans claim to be the key to portals to their gods, other worlds, etcetera. See if you are able to invoke your god while lucid dreaming- it can be an interesting experience.

- Try thinking of applying for a better job or job before and while you are lucid dreaming. Your subconscious and unconscious minds can feel like entirely alternate realities sometimes- meaning that if you like your lucid dreams, the more you focus on improving the life around you while in them, the more likely you are to revisit them.

- Remember the Golden Rule.

- Listen to a song by one of your favorite artists that hasn't come out yet.

- Before going to sleep try to read or learn something that you are fascinated by and burn it into your memory- as soon as you are lucid dreaming try writing it down, performing it, building it, etcetera- if you enjoy what you are doing in it remember to be very grateful for having the experience- the more likely you are to cherish something the more likely you are to remember it, thus the more likely you are to revisit the dream.

- Never tell someone in your dreams that you know that you are dreaming- the characters of your subconscious are biological Artificial Intelligence, for lack of a better description- they are creations of your mind that came to exist through the calculus of external stimuli. Just appreciate their company and try to do something interesting in your dream.

- Do not let strangers into your comfort zone... keep them beyond arms length or avoid them all together.

- Do not lash out at others who are provoking you, be tactful. Lashing out at them tends to trigger awakenings- unless you are a Morphite.

- Do not waste your time watching TV... your dream is the TeleVision, think of all the stuff that you would rather do with the free time... The body is already at rest, so why think of being a couch potato when you could be exploring or something else?

- Do not pick fights with people you cannot beat... but try to take the higher ground.

- See what your friends are "up" to.

-Go hunting.

- Do not let your pets sleep on your bed with you, esp if they are overly active- they might wake you up- unless you periodically suffer from unwanted episodes of sleep paralysis and need an external stimulus to jolt you out of the dream (paralyses) keep the pets off. For instance if you were to have a "hag" nightmare of something resting on your chest that you are afraid of, ask yourself "Did my cat or dog crawl on my chest?" "Did I close my bedroom door so that my cat or dog was left outside before I went to sleep?" Remember to take a portion of the day here or there to focus and meditate in breath work.

- Try to wake up as quietly as possible.

- Do not talk to people that you know not to trust even in your dreams- for starters, it is a waste of time and mental energy provided that there are an infinitude of other things that you could be doing.

- Raise a nation to the skies and the furthest limits... afterall it is your imagination, why not take it over?

- Try to figure out what the other 7 dimensions are like.

- Attempt time travel.

- Take up a foreign language class that you do not speak or perhaps never heard of in your lucid dream... Ask the person you sleep with what you were saying when you were in your dream.

- Do not do things that you do not like to do- so too as you would not in waking life. When we do things that we do not like to do (with work aside) we tend to develop what the Gnostics called psychic aggregates. The term psychic aggregate is interchangeable with an array of other terms of today such as personality disorders, exhaustion, loss of touch with the world around us. If you do something that you do not like to do while dreaming, you are likely to not return to the dream. Note that dreams that we do not enjoy, but are reoccurring tend to be the subconscious telling the conscious something we haven't fully realized about ourselves or others- they are not due to enjoying them, obviously.

- Inhale through your nose- smelling the world around you. Look as far as you are able to- USE all of your senses. Discern the environment around you.

- Perform or practice yoga.

- Practice magick- after you find the right instructor- and tell no one the name of your instructor... Its better to rot in the grave then give away your key. (figuratively speaking)

- Tell people in your house not to talk to you while you are asleep unless you need to wake up- this will prevent you from waking up during lucid dreams, and will help to ensure that no one is pouring thoughts into your subconscious when you are resting, thus helping you "open" or use your third eye.

Be aware of the false awakenings and dreamless nights... and take advantage of them.

Life is just a waking dream- make the most of it while you are still here.

Is there anyone with lucid dreaming experience that can help me?

If you would like to lucid dream, you should start trying to remember your "normal" dream after you wake up. The purpose of this is: If you can't remember regular dreams, there isn't any way you'll be able to remember if you had a lucid dream. All lucid dreaming really is is being conscious of your surroundings while in a dream. If you can realize that you are in a dream while in your dream, you will become lucid. There are hundreds of different ways to learn to lucid dream. The most commonly used one is asking yourself throughout the day if you are in a dream. Chances are, if you do this in your dream out of habit, you will realize that you ARE dreaming, and become lucid.

What is the opposite of lucid dreams?

In a lucid dream, the conscious mind maintains some level of awareness. The dreamer knows that a dream is occurring and may be able to have some control over what happens in the dream.
