Eat turkey, or your dog for that matter... Ha. Just kidding. Don't be like Japanese people.... If you have children, you could trace their hands and then color and put pretty colored paper on them so they look like turkeys. You could cook lots of stuff, unless your going to someone elses house to scounge off of them. If your excited about Christmas you could always put out those beautiful chistmas decorations your husband always complains about.
