The difference between functional and nonfunctional is ... functional mostly depends on the domain or x- value in a coordinate- (x,y). I one of the x-values are the same number then the equation becomes NONFUNCTIONAL-for example: (-2,4), (-1,9) (-2,5). Those coordinates would be nonfunctional because there were 2 (-2s).
