Rice really is not a good diet to get six pack abs. You need to eat healthy foods such as fruits and vegetables. You also need to do ab exercises.
Anyone can get six pack abs and biceps, regardless of where they are born, if they work hard, do the proper exercises and have a good diet.

It is nearly impossible to get a six pack abs from diet alone. Abdominal exercises such as crunches and sit ups help greatly with developing a six pack.
This can be fix by doing exercises that will make the six pack even.
Well it is not the food that gives you a six pack. It is more a combination of correct diet+exercises+determination to follow through! And it is not that easy to be consistent and do what you tell yourself to do! Like perform those exercises, eat that type of food and so on.

There are no "easy" ways to get tones six packs. It involves a combination of core specific exercises(such as planks,crunches etc..) and a disciplined low fat diet.
go swimming and do back stroke or anything that stretches out your tummy!
Planks do help in getting a six pack, they don't do it all though, it still takes a proper diet first of all. I find that planks are on of my favorite exercises for six pack abs, however my most favorite is the hanging full body curl.
im 13 and until reasonly i did not have a six pack wat i do is run alot to a lot of situps and i recomend you look up six min abbs it rlly works
