Most whelps are great because if they drop a whelpling then it can be sold from 100-1000 gold. whelps can be found in the north east or west area of the wetlands! if crimson whelps aren't there ebon whelps still work

This would depend on what you are wanting to farm. There are great areas for farming humanoids for cloth, and then other areas for farming beast type mobs for skinning. It all depends on what you are looking to farm.

No there are no hacks in WoW at all, let alone one to let you tame any mob. The only mobs in WoW that are tameable are beast type mobs and only hunters can tame them.
