They ask lots of questions! Youʻre interviewer will be a teacher at the school, and will either be from the High School, Middle School or Elementary depending on what grade youʻre interviewing for. If youʻre testing for High School, the interviewer will first ask you to read a paragraph, then they will point out a word from the paragraph and ask you what you think it means. The questions they ask will be all about you! Theyʻll ask about how youʻre doing in school, youʻre extracurricular activities, things you like to do. And the big question: Why you want to go to Kamehameha. Good luck!

This is my opinion.... As the interviewer you should create a good atmosphere to candidate. Be friendly, use the appropriate voice tone and have an eye contact to make them feel comfortable at you. You should only ask questions which is related to Job or information that you should know about them. For example, if they have disabilities that can affect the job that they applying for. When the candidate answerd your quetsion, you should keep a record so that when you look back at it. You are able to find out if the candidate is suitable for the job that they applying for. Note: English is my second language, sorry if my English is wrong.
