Adult Great Whites are apex predators. Apart from the Orca (Killer Whale), there are no known predators that may attack or kill a Great White. In regions where both the Orca and the Great whites inhabit and compete for food, Orcas may attack and kill these sharks. Since Orca's are much larger than them, they can attack and even kill great whites.

Also MAN.

Great White Sharks are pure carnivores. They prey upon fish (like Tuna, Rays etc), other smaller species of Sharks, dolphins, porpoises, seals, sea lions, sea turtles, sea otters and even sea birds. They prefer prey that has a high content of energy rich fat. They usually hunt early in the morning before the sun rises fully, when the visibility is poor

What is the niche of an African penguin)?

A niche is the role that an organism plays in it's environment, so when finding the niche of the African penguin you have to consider, where it sits in the food web, it eats and limits the population of small fish such as pilchards, anchovies, horse mackerel, and sardines. It is a food source for sharks and fur seals, so without the penguin, these animals would become on the decline too. Therefore the African penguin Niche is to balance out the Marine Habitat.
