There are no stations on the moon. However, if we were to build one there, then the materials would have to be strong and lightweight, possibly alloys of aluminum and/or titanium. They would need to be strong to withstand impacts of micrometeors without being punctured, and light enough to transport to the moon.
You can read about the Lunar Excursion Module or NASA's space shuttles and see what their structures were made of... similar materials might be used as the space shuttles face similar requirements for travelling in space.
Currently, there are no permanently manned stations on the moon. However, there have been various robotic missions and landers sent to explore the moon's surface. Plans are in progress for building human-occupied lunar stations in the future as part of ongoing space exploration efforts.
Space stations
In 1969, the USA TV stations were ABC, CBS, PBS and NBC. All of them covered the landing of the first men on the moon from launch to splashdown and recovery in the Pacific Ocean.

The Stations of the Cross are usually a series of pictures or statues. They can use any artisitic medium.
Space stations are made to serve as a platform for long-duration scientific research in space, as well as for international cooperation in space exploration. They also enable astronauts to conduct experiments in microgravity conditions and test technologies for future space missions, such as those to the Moon or Mars. Additionally, space stations support the development of advanced technologies and capabilities for living and working in space.
