it depends on how good your grades are, ssat scores, teachers recommendations, sports, community service etc. they are all the "top batch" boarding schools and have a really low acceptance rate so i'd recommend you to apply for a few safety schools. they are all amazing schools though.

Is Phillips exeter academy a good school?

Well, my name is Alicia and I currently attend Andover. I was accepted to both Exeter and Andover, but I obviously chose Andover. My brother goes to Exeter right now and he tells me that it is very tough and busy there. He tells me at the campus is wonderful though. Exeter is a pretty tough school to go to and it is very stressful too. He says that getting an A is quite impossible. Well, again, I don't quite know about Exeter since I am a current student at Andover. But hope I had helped! -Alicia G

Is there a dress code at Phillips Exeter andor Phillips Andover?

There is a dress code at Phillips Exeter, albeit not particularly strict. At Phillips Andover, there is no explicitly defined dress code, although students, faculty, and staff are expected to be dressed "appropriately" so as not to distract from creating a learning environment. http://www.andover.edu/Admission/Pages/FrequentlyAskedQuestions.aspx
