First he will have to show his I.D card, second he must have a proper warrant to search your house, if all this is not there he can stay out.
Stand still - and accept it ! If they have grounds to carry out the search - and you try to stop them - you can be charged with obstruction !
There aren't sufficient documents on file that support whether this is legal or not.
Totally! He is a cop =D
i need to know what a cop needs to know in order to get a search warrent
not if you let him search it
When a cop arrests me , it usually happens that I ask him what his rights are .
Yes
If the cop has a warrant or if he thinks you stole something or if the cop thinks you have a weapon in a place you are not suppose to have the weapon.
Yes, if he otherwise has legal reasons to search her.
no they shouldn't be able to....unless they think your doing something unusual or suspicious. they can pull over and see if you need help but they do not have the right to search your engine. its a violation of amedment 8 on the bill of rights
Only if they don't have probable cause.
I'm pretty sure a retired police officer can not search you for weapons (frisk you) and if they did then they could be charged with impersonating a cop. If that person that is frisked is under the age of 18 then the retired cop could be put on the sex offenders list.
