This is NOT something that was done at the Mint. It's a privately made novelty item, known as a Magician's Coin, created by altering two normal coins and joining the pieces back together. Use a magnifier to check just inside the rim on one side of the coin -- you are looking for the seam where the two pieces were joined -- it could be on either side of the coin. They cost about $7-8 new from novelty shops and sell for $2-3 on eBay. They have no value to coin collectors, however, because they are privately made by damaging genuine coins. You can hold onto it for magic tricks and making bets.... but be prepared to run fast if you use it for a bet.

Many years ago the Mint had all coin presses redesigned so that dies are "keyed". That is, obverse dies only fit into the obverse anvil and reverse dies fit into the reverse anvil. It's physically impossible for two same-side dies to be put into a press. While many errors including "mule" coins (half one denomination, half another) can still occur, double-headed coins are not and cannot number among those mistakes. A double headed nickel is considered a novelty item and does not hold any intrinsic value beyond its face value of 5 cents. However, as a collectible item, its value can vary depending on factors such as condition, rarity, and demand among collectors.

Many are worth 5 cents, some are worth a few bucks, some are worth thousands of dollars.

Nickels (NOT "nickles", btw) have been struck for about 150 years at 3 different mints so there are loads of different ones to choose from. You have to know the dates and mint marks that are valuable.

As a rule of thumb anything from the 1950s to today is worth 5 cents unless it's uncirculated. WW2 nickels with a large mint mark on the back are worth about $1 because they had some silver in them (ONLY 1942-45 nickels ever had ANY silver)

Buffalo nickels can be worth a quarter to hundreds of dollars, again depending on date and mint mark.

It's really hard to value this as it is really rare if it is real. I would bring it to a person who knows more in person and see if you can get authentication on it, then sell it on an auction.

What is the value of a Monticello nickel with no date that is double struck?

If it is a Mint error it may be worth a few dollars, take it to a coin dealer to see if it has any value.MoreIt's called a Jefferson nickel rather than a Monticello nickel. If by "double struck" you mean that Monticello is on both sides (which would account for the lack of a date) what you have is a novelty item called a magician's coin. How much is a 1990 2 headed nickel worth?

The nature of the minting process is such that a two-headed coin cannot be produced. What you have is a joke, or "magic" coin made by combining the heads of two different nickels. As a novelty, it is worth a couple of dollars.
