What are opinions on Cellfish?

My son, who is 14, has subscribed to Cellfish for downloads or apps and given his mobile phone number during this process. He has been charged £5 per week which has been added onto his monthly mobile phone contract. I have had to call Cellfish on an 0845 number to cancel this subscription as 3G could not cancel it. In the time it has taken me to become aware of this subscription we have paid an extra £30 to £40 pounds which, in my opinion, is a rip off!
