Pearly gates- the gates of heaven. Also known as the door to the kingdom of God. The guardian of the gate is Saint Peter. Anyone that the person is bad will not be entered while the good will be entered. Those will not enter because they are bad will go to Hell.

Is elohim at the pearly gates?

You've mixed two different religions in this question. Elohim (אלוקים) is the Hebrew word for God, which is mainly used by Jews. But Jews don't have any religious doctrine that mentions "pearly gates". the phrase "pearly gates" comes from Christianity, and is inspired by the description of the New Jerusalem in Book of Revelation 21:21. The twelve gates were twelve pearls, each gate being made from a single pearl. But Christians generally do not use the word Elohim.

Why are the gates of Heaven called the Pearly Gates. What about the Gates of Hell?

The term "Pearly Gates" comes from the imagery of Heaven being a place of beauty and purity, with gates made of pearls. In contrast, the Gates of Hell are often depicted as dark and menacing to symbolize the entrance to a place of punishment and suffering.
