'espanoles' (plural) (tilde, ~, over the 'n') covers all of them, but

'castellanos/as' could describe those who speak Castilian ('Spanish'), while

'catalanes' are those who live in Catalonia and speak Catalan, and

'vascos/as' = the Basques, with their own language, in the Basque Country

there also valencianos/as, gallegos/as, etc.
