Are the untouchables you are refering to the lower class in hinduisum??
IF so then there aren't many things i know just about them, however in many countries there are many different functions and organizations that are helping the helpless or the needy, such as
- the pass it forward act( doing a life changing thing for someone who then does it for another)
- organizations who send money and shoes or other essentials
Other than that it is separate people doing individual things to help groups of people do small things.
