Well, it could be cause by a couple things, the first one soap can contain oils that clog up the pores on skin, causing pimples. the next one is that conditioner clogs up pores and is bad for you complexion. conditioner is the reason why people have blemishes on their back, shoulders, around the face, chest, and arms. the third cause for pimples on the arms is that some people like to shave their arms. if a person shaves their arm while dirt or sweet is still on their arm, it causes a pimple the next day.
