i live in Scotland, and we have loads but the most popular ones i guess are coco-pops, corn flaks, squares and nutri- grain bars which you loads of different flavours from! hope i helped!
It depends because some cereal bars are actually made with cereal and a bunch of other preservatives but other cereal bars call themselves cereal bars but they don't have any cereal in them. And that's just a rip-off especially if you wanted cereal.

Cereal bars certainly do contain carbohydrates. The carbohydrate content will be listed on the nutrition label.
There is no real way to say granola bars in Spanish... In spanish you are basically saying the bar of cereal which people interpret as granola bars. you would just say "la barra de cereal" in order to say granola bars. :)
