What are positive way of dealing with strong emotions?
Well, you need to get that strong emotion out so a strong emotion would be anger, it's the strongest I believe. Don't keep it bottled up inside of yourself. You need to release it in the privacy of your own home. Go punch your pillow if you are mad at someone or some instance. Write a letter and put down all those angry feelings, don't hold back. If you feel like you hate someone write it down. Pray, this always help. Pray every hour if you need too.
Use your words rather than expressing your emotions physically (say "That made me mad" rather than punching a hole in the wall for example). Writing is a great positive outlet for emotions. Whenever you feel a strong emotion coming on, sit down and write about it. It is a great way to get those negative emotions out of your system.

Holding in your emotions will eat you up one the inside and cause depression, or drive you insane…
They may not know the cause of your emotions but they are able to sense emotions on a different level than humans. In the same way that many Irish-Americans have strong emotions as concerns Ireland, Jewish-Americans have strong emotions concerning Israel. These emotions have only been heightened and strengthened by the unbalanced criticism that Israel receives and the historical victim-mentality that Jews have regarding discrimination and Anti-Semitism.
Karma can be received in a positive way by doing things with compassion, while it can also be received in a negative way by doing things with base emotions (negative emotions in mind). Basically, if you do bad things, bad things will eventually happen to you. What goes aound, comes around! Its the effects of a persons actions that determine his/har destiny.
