What are positive way of dealing with strong emotions?

Well, you need to get that strong emotion out so a strong emotion would be anger, it's the strongest I believe. Don't keep it bottled up inside of yourself. You need to release it in the privacy of your own home. Go punch your pillow if you are mad at someone or some instance. Write a letter and put down all those angry feelings, don't hold back. If you feel like you hate someone write it down. Pray, this always help. Pray every hour if you need too.
