Sometimes restaurant customers are amazingly rude and insulting. Wait staff generally have to suck it up and somehow not take it to heart. Anyone who possesses all the above qualities can be successful in a number of fields, including wait staff work.

I have been in Room Service for two years now. To make it to the job one should be customer oriented and importantly good communicator at busy times. you should be versatile and multi tasker so you could get ur job done quickly.
