First, if you have a check engine light then have a shop scan for codes. That will tell you what is wrong. If it is bad then it will stall, hesitate, and blow out black smoke.
Slow or no flow.
Engine overheating or cooling fan running all the time.
A bad radiator is a radiator that is leaking or clogged. If you are loosing coolant then you have a leak that should be easy to find if the leak is at the radiator. If it is clogged your engine will overheat.
Loss of power, and a converter that gets red hot.

Carburetor jets don't usually get worn, they get clogged. And the signs are hard starting, sputtering, and slow acceleration. A carb rebuild is usually the best solution.
The check engine light will illuminate with a code(s) directing which O2 sensor is bad.
