Rough Start, Low power will feel like car is starving for fuel. Unplug the mass air flow sensor and start car it should go to default mode and if it runs fine you have a bad mass air flow sensor.

The sign i had before my tranny was toast was the whole care vibrates when shifting between 35 and 45 miles an hour.
I experienced a problem with a 84 Grand Marquis that would stall at stops. Found that the ignition switch in the steering column had separated that caused the stalling problem. Replaced the ignition switch that solved the problem.

If you are reffering the the Tempature Sensor. That is located on the head pretty much underneith the distributor. Signs that your Tempature Sensor is going out or faulty are once the vehicle is at full operating tempatures & it is turned off. the vehicle will have trouble starting back up. The vehicle will only have trouble turning on when engine is warm. no problem on a cold start.

A faulty turbo is indicated by pure black smoke when engine revs are above idling revs and it can also be shown by poor machine performance.
