This sounds like a "duh" question to a lot of people, but to some young teens it can be legitamate, especially if they lack an older sibling or mother figure to ask about these things. An obvious sign is bleeding. Very easily I could say "you'll know, trust me", but I won't. Bleeding may be very light, and even just a slight pinkish tint, maybe only for a while. This is normal. Cramps are also normal signs, as are diarreah, which the contracting that causes cramps can bring on, as well as being tired or just achey in the legs, etc. As time goes on it should all even out; if you're just starting, your body may take a few months or even years to get the hang of things. It's nothing to worry about. :)

Yes. But they can also be signs that your period is arriving soon
These ARE signs of pregnancy, but they are also signs of your period arriving. Take a pregnancy test if you miss your period
Yes, they can be similar. Sore breasts, nausea etc are some.
Yes.. the same signs that usually mean your period is starting can also be signs of early pregnancy, if your period is late, I recommend doing a home pregnancy test. ~pawsalmighty
Usually you get PMS symptoms about a week before your period is due to start.
Signs of pregnancy are the same in all patients. A missing period and positive pregnancy tests are signs of pregnancy.
You will have signs of cramps and white discharge.
