Take her to dinner or to church. Anything that you do with your mother will make her happy. Mother's Day is all about honoring your mom and thanking her for bringing you up! If you have been paying attention to your mom all these years, then you know what sort of things she enjoys, and you can do those things. If she is a gardner, take her to a public garden and walk around - ask her to tell you about the plants. If she has an arts-and-crafts type hobby, you could go to a museum exhibit related to that, or even take her to a really good craft store and give her a shopping spree. If she has trouble walking, or is very old, she might like a sit-down sort of treat like a movie or play. Mostly, she will like spending time with you and talking!
