What are some advantages and disadvantages of dating?

The good parts are that you get to meet a new person in life. You hang out with that person and love him/her. The only bad side is getting dumped. I'm a boy and if i would get dumped by a girl i would really feel bad.

Another bad thing that could happen is that your partner cheats on you. It's happened to some friends of mine. (They broke up with their partners immediately)

But as we all know that everything has + and - so we should take the positive aspect.

In this case we come to know that even if you love some one very dearly(in my case, i loved my girlfriend like anything) there is a full 98% chance that your partner may leave you.

But the Best part is that by the time your partner leaves you, you will already have enjoyed your golden moments.(if you are smart!!)

The main thing which you learn is : Nothing is Permanent...not even love your beloved.

I know this is very hard to realize, but Truth is always worse and bitter.

Advantages include, knowing that somebody will go out with you on a regular basis, getting to know somebody, gradually growing intimate with somebody.

Disadvantages include, worrying if somebody will go out on a date with you, having to start fresh on every new date

pros:

-you don't have to try anymore, you can look like really bad from now on, cause you have no one to impress.

-you don't have to pay for your own stuff anymore(eg. free movies, dinners, lunch)

cons

-some guys are clingy as ever

-choosing between friends and him

-being obligated to hang out with him

-can't flirt with anyone else

-can't hang out with guy friends as often(jealousy)
