I'm not a doctor - just someone who has acid reflux - and mine gets worse if I eat acidic foods like Orange Juice and tomatoes or spicy foods like Mexican. And if I eat too late and then go to bed ......that's bad.

What causes it??? I'd like to know too. I was put in the Cardiac Care Unit one time thinking I was having a heart attack and it was really just a severe case of acid relux.
