Your body undergoes SO many changes when you become pregnant. Most of these changes comes from the result of changing hormones. You will notice physical changes such as weight change, many women notice changes in the hair and nails (usually for the good!). Your hormones will cause you to be more emotional. You will notice breast changes such as swollen, tender, color changes, etc. You will notice discharge from your vagina pretty much all throughout your pregnancy.

. The uterus begins to expand to make space for the baby. Towards the end of the first trimester this is visible in some people (particularly if it's the second or more pregnancy and/or abdominal muscles are weak), but not in others, and the beginings of a bump begin to show. The expanding uterus can also cause mild cramps

. Feeling sick/being sick, often certain smells, foods and colours make you feel/be sick (morning sickness, but is not just in the morning)

. Headaches

. Large, sore, tender boobs

. Needing to pee more

. Periods stop

. Increased vaginal discharge

. Moody and emotional

. Exhausted

. Increased or decreased appetite

. Food cravings

Some women experience all of these symptoms and some experience none
