My parents have an apple tree in their yard. In autumn the leaves turn a bit yellow, but I wouldn't say they are pretty. It's usually a pale yellow with brown spotting. From there, they quickly turn completely brown, curl up, and fall.
Well, they turn a orangish red/yellow color. However, in the Fall, they turn bright pink (gross) !
orange,redish oranish,sometimes yelllowand that's pretty much it
what colors are the leaves in fall
Deciduous trees fall in the Fall. The trees lose their color and lose their leaves. That's why there are many trees that are bare in the Fall.

Chlorophyll is not present in high amounts during the fall. The leaves do not have a mask of chlorophyll allowing the xanthophyll to absorb light that is not captured by chlorophyll. This lets the xanthophyll give a yellow color to the leaves in the fall.
Carotene gives yellow color to the leaves.
No not really - most tropical rainforest trees are evergreens and keep their color until the leaves fall off. Certain palm trees do not change color until they die, or fall off too. Eventually yes, but Conifers have smaller leaves so they change slower.

they change color and fall
Because they die up and then they get there color back in the fall
The leaves would change colors and fall off if the tree is a deciduous tree
