Some details, I started focusing on my body a couple months ago. I cut out fast food which was the majority of my diet before and I've been mostly eating chicken and veggies. I went from 184 pounds to 169. My goal is 155 but for the last month nothing has changed and I feel more bloated than when I started. I did increase my water intake to the right amount because before I started I couldn't remember the last time I had water. I also got a new job so now I am more active throughout the day. I'm just wondering if there are any tips to get past this plateau. Today when I was getting ready for work I put my jeans on and the butt ripped out.. As funny as it was, I am becoming more curvy due to being in my early 20s, but why are my jeans tighter than before? I've lost about 15 pounds and am sleeping a lot better, but my body still feels bloated and it is! My clothes are tighter arpund the stomach and bum now than they were before I started. I'm wondering how losing 15 pounds this could happen? My meal sizes aren't large and I've been eating when I'm hungry but not snacking anymore. Is there something wrong with what I've been doing? I would like to reach my goal in 3 months. I think I can do that but this last month I feel nothings changed
