I can't think of any similarity other than the fact they were both deeply in love. Juliet was more willing to disobey her family, whereas Jane had severed all ties with her aunt. Jane refuses to accept a secret union with the man she loves, Juliet does not. Juliet's desperation leads her to death, whereas Jane - after the shock of the discovery and the ensuing sickness - decides to fight and live. Jane does everything in the open, Juliet keeps her relationship a secret. Jane's love affair has a happy ending, Juliet dies a tragic death.
