Purple Popsicles is an easy and low fat dessert. All you need are: 1 cup fresh blueberries, 3 tbsp sugar, 1/4 cup water, 1 six ounce pot fat-free vanilla Greek yogurt. First, heat the blueberries, sugar and water in a saucepan. Heat about 5 minutes or until blueberries pop. Next, MASH the blueberries and pour into a 2-cup pitcher. Allow the berries to cool a little. Stir in vanilla yogurt. Pour into popsicle molds and freeze for 4 hours.
