This is one I've been put through time and time again my ex put me through so much mental abuse i lost my hair nearly went crazy and it been 8 months since we broke up but now i have trust issues with women and fight depression and suicide and for a while even was attempting suicide.
Until i have a woman that shows me what love is really about i will continue trying to find ways of keeping my self company it also makes you lose faith in GOD because i remember a many of nights begging GOD please help me and i thought i was going to die i was losing my hair my skin tone was going crazy my eyes changed color and my friends abandoned me and i felt like GOD did too.
So it even changed who i worship and i still have problems with god. Most of my hair come back but my eye color still varies like it could go from green to blue or multi-colored my skin color has returned to it normal color. i find life so dang hard to live from time to time and i still have a huge problem how i look because now i have a feeling of worthlessness and destroyed confidence
so it a little hard for me to try to get woman but it's leveling out finally and i haven't told many people about my experiences but if you want someone to talk to for people with mental abuse or depression please contact me i can help because i got out of it and know what it like. It depends... Is it yourself or someone else you are referring to? Physical abuse can be very apparent. Mental abuse on the other hand is harder to recognize. It's all in how it effects you personally. You can get into a verbal fight with someone and if there words effect you in such a manner where emotional pain or suffering occurs, without and real motive or backing behind it,it is definitely a sign of mental abuse.
