junk food is junk food primarily because it lacks essential vitamins and contains excessive amounts of carbohydrates, fats, and sugars. if you eat a diet of only junk food, you will probably develop anaemia and some form of malnourishment due to not getting enough vitamins. if you do not exercise while you are eating only junk food, the carbohydrates and sugars will be stored in your body as fats. in order to prevent this from happening, you must burn off the calories from the junk food shortly after you eat it. sugars, fats, and carbohydrates are used by your body as primary fuel for energy. your body is trained to save unused energy for later, when it is unable to find fuel to burn. so if you want to be healthy and fit, you should eat foods that are not junk food, and when you do eat junk food, you should do some exercise to burn the fuel before it turns into fat.
